Parichay brings through his education and experiences the perfect blend of Western psychology and Eastern philosophies to nurture mental well-being. He will guide you through your 8-week journey of introduction to holistic wellbeing. His knowledge of Yoga and yogic philosophy and his readings through cultural diversities, will help you navigate through the nuances of this
course.
Parichay studied psychology and graduated with an MA in Organizational and Industrial
Psychology from the University of Mumbai. He also has certifications in Hypnotherapy from the California Hypnosis Institute of India (2008) and has cleared the Basic Teacher Training Program by The Yoga Institute, India (2021). Combining his diverse work experience in the fields of arts, humanities, pop culture, and digital marketing, his inclination toward mental well-being attained along the teachings of yogic philosophy grew stronger.
