Our Pistachio Safran Cake & Vegan Baked Samosa Puff are the current regulars on the menu.

We bake in small quantities to reduce food waste and offer fresh bakes to our guests. Kindly check at the café counter for additions & availability of the menu.

Coffee Beans & Tea Leaves

Coffee Beans | La Reserva Tierra Brasile

We use the La Reserva Tierra Brasile beans from Lavazza. This is a premium espresso blend with 70% semi-washed Arabica and 30% washed Robusta “Conilon” from Sul de Minas Gerais. This slow-roasted blend has notes of dark chocolate, hazelnut and cane sugar. 

La Reserva Tierra Brasile blend is a coffee sustainably grown in the Rainforest Alliance Certified Farms.

We have a wide assortment of tea flavors from Whittington, also a Lavazza brand 

Masala Chai | Girnar Tea

Our Indian Masala Chai is made with tea leaves from India’s trusted tea brand, Girnar Tea

Filter Coffee | VS Mani & Co.

Indian Filter Kaapi requires a blend of 70% Arabica and 30% Chicory beans produced in the southern part of India. We source our beans from a new brand, rooted in familial traditions- VS Mani & Co.

Hot Chocolate | Zotter Schokolade 

We use Zotter’s Hot Chocolate Bars (flavors available) for our hot chocolate servings. 

Zotter is committed to delivering 100% organic, fair, bean to bar products.

Vegan Alternatives

We strive to serve only vegetarian/ vegan products at our café.

All our products are eggless & meat-free.

Our Oat Drink (Hafer) is from Oatly Haferdrink Barista Edition

Eco-friendly Packaging

Our sweet and savory bakes are made from locally sourced, organic ingredients and are vegetarian or vegan. 

Our takeaway cups are from EcoUp! Made from renewable resources, the cups are CO2 compensated, recyclable and home compostable.

Fighting Food Waste

We strive to reduce food-waste by baking in small quantities. 

We have collaborated with Too Good To Go to reduce the potential food wastage of leftover but quality food items.
