Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within Austria and to selected EU countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at reach(at)rekompany(dot)com

Shipping Times & Rates: Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

  • Austria: 2–4 business days
  • EU countries: 5–10 business days

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at reach(at)rekompany(dot)com.

Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at reach(at)rekompany(dot)com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

EU Consumer Rights: As an EU-based merchant, we comply with EU consumer protection regulations. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Austrian and EU law.
