Room Rentals

Our gorgeous studio has a minimalistic aesthetic and is the perfect space for your special events and celebrations. It is located in Schönburgstraße 36/ 8-9, 1040 Vienna. It is 4 minutes walking distance from Hauptbahnhof/ Südtiroler Platz. It is 15 minutes away from Stephansplatz/ the center of Vienna. Our studio is a ground level, corner property, making it accessible for all participants.  

We have 2 rooms available for rental for your private events- 

Activity Room Rental | Capacity 20 people

Our Activity Room with 2 big tables and 20 stools along with all our art supplies and access to washrooms. This room is suitable for a group of 16 (can accommodate up to 20 people). Suitable for art themed parties, book readings, events with groups up to 20 people. 

Rentals start at EUR 200/ 3 hours  

Wellness Room Rental | Capacity 50 people

Our Wellness Room is a spacious, empty room of approx 48m2. The room also includes 16 Yoga mats. It can be suitable for yoga and meditation sessions. It is also suitable for events and parties for groups between 20-40 people (depending on the agenda). This is a separate room and has a doored entrance from the activity room. 

Rentals start at EUR 250/ 3 hours 

*Additional requirements, such as access to kitchen, tables/chairs, etc. can be discussed. 

On a daily basis, both rooms are used for activities conducted by us and our partners. However, these rooms are also available for rental for your private events.
