Homemade Cakes & Savory Bakes

We offer a range of homemade cakes made with high-quality, organic ingredients. We also offer a range of savory bakes.

Our Pistachio Safran Cake, Chocolate Cake & Baked Samosa Puff are the current regulars on the menu. All of our bakes are vegan.

We bake in small quantities to reduce food waste and offer fresh bakes to our guests. Kindly check at the café counter for additions & availability of the menu.

Coffee Beans & Tea Leaves

Coffee Beans | La Reserva Tierra Brasile

We use the La Reserva Tierra Brasile beans from Lavazza. This is a premium espresso blend with 70% semi-washed Arabica and 30% washed Robusta “Conilon” from Sul de Minas Gerais. This slow-roasted blend has notes of dark chocolate, hazelnut and cane sugar. 

La Reserva Tierra Brasile blend is a coffee sustainably grown in the Rainforest Alliance Certified Farms.

Tea | Rami Tea

We have a wide assortment of tea flavors from Rami Tea.

Masala Chai | Girnar Tea

Our Indian Masala Chai is made with tea leaves from India’s trusted tea brand, Girnar Tea

Filter Coffee | VS Mani & Co.

Indian Filter Kaapi requires a blend of 70% Arabica and 30% Chicory beans produced in the southern part of India. We source our beans from a new brand, rooted in familial traditions: VS Mani & Co.

Hot Chocolate | Eraclea 

We use Eraclea's Hot Chocolate Mix for our hot chocolate servings. 

Vegan Alternatives

We strive to serve only vegetarian/ vegan products at our café.

All our products are without eggs, meat and fish. Most products are also vegan.

Our Oat Drink (Hafer) is either from Oatly Haferdrink Barista Edition or Spar Haferdrink Barista Edition

Eco-friendly Packaging

Our takeaway cups are from EcoUp! Made from renewable resources, the cups are CO2 compensated, recyclable and home compostable.

Fighting Food Waste

We strive to reduce food-waste by baking in small quantities. 

We have collaborated with Too Good To Go to reduce the potential food wastage of leftover but quality food items.
