February 2025 Report | Short but Sweet

Walking into the shortest month of the year, you rarely imagine that you’d surpass the benchmark of the previous month, let alone your most successful months. But this was it. February helped us set new, higher benchmarks.

February 2025 Performance Overview 

In February 2025, we saw our highest footfall yet, 934, which exceeded our previous best, October (888) by 5.1% Also taking us closer to our 4 figure target :) This included over 600 people opting to eat-in and over 80 activity participants in our range of workshops & events at the studio. 

We sold a total of 830 beverage, with an average of 35 beverages each operational day. 797 were hot beverages with 256 Cappuccinos, 142 Lattés & 140 cups of Indian Masala making up for 67.5% of the total hot beverages sold. 

The Vegan Chocolate Cake found its admirers, while the Pistachio Safran Cake maintained its reign as the cakes & bakes saw an increase in sale. However, we also added a Sandwich Menu with a mix of classic & exotic flavours to better serve our guests. Interestingly, our (spicy) Chutney Cheese Toast has been the popular pick since launch!

 

On the Konnections front, we had a blast celebrating Valentines week with Couples Pottery Date, Funny Partner Portraits & Couples Bollywood Dance - each with their own surprising, yet beautiful outcomes!

Before wrapping the month, we also had the opportunity to host Modul University and a group of visiting International Recruitment Agents, where we gave them a glimpse into the re:experience while Parampara shared her Bombay-Vienna-Modul-re:kompany journey! 

AND IT ALL FELT LIKE IT HAPPENED IN A BLINK OF AN EYE!

Marching towards March with a lot more enthusiasm & the excitement for Spring!
